Experience the difference at Educational Employees Credit Union (EECU)! Unlike many other types of financial institutions, we are a non-profit corporation solely owned by our members. There are no stockholders - each EECU member is an owner in equal standing, and has the right to attend the Annual Meeting and vote for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.
You are an important part of your credit union - make the most of it by taking advantage of all we have to offer. Click any of the links at left for more information about the products and services we offer.

EECU welcomes Ms. Elizabeth Dooley as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Bruce L. Barnett who retired in January after a distinguished 26-year career at the credit union.
Ms. Dooley has spent the last several years serving a gubernatorial appointment as deputy commissioner of credit unions for the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI), State of California. Prior to joining the DFI, Ms. Dooley was associate counsel for the California Credit Union League, where she advised the league and its affiliated companies, as well as credit unions, on a variety of issues. She brings with her years of experience and knowledge in credit union operations as well as the many services that EECU provides its members.
"We have great confidence in Beth's leadership and abilities," said Barbara Thomas, chair of EECU's board of directors. "We went through a very lengthy and thorough search to ensure that we found the right candidate for the job."
Ms. Dooley has a BA in economics from Mills College and a Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law. She currently holds a law license in the State of California and is a member of the California Bar.
Ms. Dooley's talent, experience, and personal qualities will be a great asset to the credit union, and her vision will set the stage for a strong and secure future.
